Coverage‍

All suspension products include a lifetime structural warranty for the original purchaser. This covers parts that are bent (affecting geometry) or broken under normal use.  Eligible parts will be repaired or replaced.

  • Proof of original purchase is required. Warranty is non-transferable.

  • Any modifications to the product will void the warranty.

  • Discontinued products may be replaced with a current equivalent.

  • Customers must retain all original hardware.

  • We do not supply replacement hardware with warranty claims.

  • If hardware is sent in with the product, it will NOT be removed.

  • New hardware must be purchased separately if needed.

What Is NOT Covered

The following are not considered warranty issues:

  • Powder coat (cosmetic finish) However, discounted recoating is available on warranty replacements‍ ‍

  • Wear items, including: Heims ,Bushings, Spacers, Ball Joint ect…

  • Cosmetic damage: Dents, Scratches, Cuts.

  • Stripped threads

  • Worn ball joint plates

  • Bent ball joint plates caused by improper installation

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, including:

  • Worn wheel bearings damaging components

RACERS HAVE NO WARRANTY.‍ ‍

Any product used for racing or competition, is excluded from all warranty coverage, **Items listed above may still be repaired or replaced at the customer’s expense.‍ ‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍ ‍

  • Completed Warranty Form

  • Proof of purchase

  • Damage parts

Important:‍ ‍

  • Warranty claims will NOT be processed without the completed form.

  • Return labels are NOT provided; customer is responsible for shipping.

Processing Time‍ ‍

  • Warranty items are prioritized, but processing begins only after the product and paperwork are received.

Most warranty repairs or replacements ship within 2-5 business days (Mon–Fri) after inspection ‍ ‍

 ATTENTION: Print the Warranty App, fill out and send in with damaged product – click here to download.   Warranty will not process without this form. RETURN LABES ARE NOT PROVIDED.

** All warranty claims must follow the process outlined above. This is the only method for warranty evaluation and resolution.‍ ‍

  • Purchasing replacement parts in advance and attempting to return damaged parts for a refund or credit is not permitted.‍ ‍

  • Warranty claims will not be processed as returns under any circumstances.‍ ‍

  • All claims must go through the inspection and repair/replacement process after the original product is received.‍ ‍
